Introduction

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets forth the general rules of collection, processing, distribution, use and storage of Website user’s Personal data including any dispute concerning privacy under current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with the data protection regulations in Poland applicable to the KALNURAJS SP. Z O.O. (hereinafter the “KALNURAJS SP. Z O.O.”, “Company”, “Us”, “We”).
It is understood and presumed that by the fact of use of the Website and its services or by clicking “I Accept Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy” button the User gives Consent, that he/she/it has fully read, understood and accepted this Policy. If any User does not agree with this Policy in general or any part of it, such User should withhold from using the Website and its services.

Data Controller shall be referred to either by Data Controller's name or "Data Controller," as listed above. Complaints

If you have any issue or complaint, please contact the above mentioned DATA PROTECTION OFFICER for all enquiries.
We will treat your complaint in confidence and acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 24 hours and we will send you a full reply within 5 working days of receipt.
If a complaint is very complex, it may occasionally be necessary to extend the time limit. We will keep you informed of progress, the reasons for the delay, and the new deadline.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 24 hours, or through the conclusion of the informal complaints process, you can contact our DATA PROTECTION OFFICER with details in writing regarding your wish to make a formal complaint.
